1. Tell us what you want to return
  • Go to MY ORDERS
  • Select the corresponding order and click on ORDER DETAILS (blue button on the right)
  • Select the item(s) you want to exchange or return
  • In the box, let us know whether you’d like an exchange or a refund
  • If it’s an exchange, please specify whether you want a different size, color, or even a different item
  • Once everything is filled out, click on RETURN A PRODUCT

Important: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return through the withdrawal form, and an additional 14 days from the moment we send you our return instructions by email to ship the items back.

2. Check your inbox
(including your spam folder)

You will receive our return instructions by email:

  • For orders shipped to Spain / Portugal, we will send you a link to generate your SEUR return label (we will indicate the cost of this label in the email).
  • For all other countries, you may send your return using the shipping method of your choice.
    3. Prepare the package
    • Pack the items to be returned, unused and in their original packaging and with all original tags. We will not accept any product that has been used or whose original packaging is damaged.
    • Use the same outer packaging you received your order in, or one of similar quality, making sure the original packaging is protected and not damaged.
    • For Spain / Portugal, attach the printed label to the outside of the box that protects the product.
    • For other countries, include on the outside of the parcel the details specified in our email.
    • Do not stick any label directly onto the product’s original packaging under any circumstances.
    4. Drop off the package
    • For Spain / Portugal: at the SEUR drop-off point you selected when generating your return label.
    • For other countries: with the shipping company of your choice. 
    5. Return processing and refund
    • Once we receive your return, we will verify that everything is in order and proceed to refund your purchase.
    • Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the time you drop off your package for the refund to appear in your account.
    • The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
    6. How is the return label charged Spain / Portugal?
    • If you request a refund, the return label fee will be deducted directly from the amount to be refunded.
    • If you request an exchange, we will send you a secure link so you can make the payment easily via the banking platform.
