Our CeramiQskin base layer range is the most advanced Aqualung suit that has been designed to help you stay warm during dives and can be worn under either a dry suit or a wetsuit. It can even be used alone for warm water dives. The material is an exclusive and highly technical fabric that provides a high level of thermal protection, zero buoyancy and extreme comfort thanks to the Ceramic technology applied to the trilaminate fabric. CeramiQskin is a blend of Lycra on the outside with a breathable polyurethane (PU) membrane and fleece on the inside.
- Trilaminate fabric: Lycra on the outside, polyurethane membrane with Ceramiqskin technology in the central layer, and polar lining on the inside.
- The breathable polyurethane membrane facilitates the release of moisture from the inside out, but acts as a containment barrier preventing water from penetrating the interior.
- Ceramiqskin Technology: It uses a combination of 30 metal oxides from volcanic rocks, heated to 1600 ºC, on a polyurethane base. The paste obtained is applied to a polyurethane membrane, thus allowing it to capture the infrared rays that our body emits and return them to the body. This helps keep the diver warm, activates blood microcirculation, and provides a high level of comfort.
