Designed by Dame Margaret Barbour, the Bedale incorporates practical equestrian features such as a shorter length, relaxed fit, rear vents, and the essential inner nylon strip that withstands moisture from horses. Made from mid-weight 6 oz waxed cotton and fully interactive with zip-in thermal liners and hoods, the Bedale is an exceptional year-round jacket. The classic elements of a Barbour jacket are present, including a two-way brass zipper, a storm flap front with snaps, two large bellows pockets, and two moleskin-lined handwarmer pockets, and the traditional corduroy collar with snaps for a hidden throat flap.
