The Alp Trainer 2 is a modern mid-cut boot that offers quality protection for long hiking sessions on uneven terrain. It features a durable premium suede upper with strong stretch fabric inserts on the tongue and a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining. Additionally, the solid rubber toe reinforcement provides additional protection against stones and rock debris.
Comfort and support:
This comfortable, precise-fitting model is designed with a women's last that follows the unique shape of the female foot. The registered 3F System provides great ankle support and lateral stability on uneven terrain, while the soft Flex Collar increases the range of motion of the ankle for more comfort during descents. SALEWA®'s customizable Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) insole features interchangeable layers to adjust the volume to your exact fit, and our Climbing Lacing system allows for an exact fit all the way to the toe.
Control and secure grip:
The improved Vibram® Alpine Hiking sole offers improved performance and control across a wide variety of mountain terrain thanks to differentiated climbing, traction and braking zones. It also performs very well in wet and muddy conditions. This sole is exclusive to SALEWA®.
