PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
- Viladomat offers its customers a Points Program through which they can obtain discounts based on the accumulated points balance on purchases made in the last eighteen (18) months.
- This program is exclusive for Viladomat physical stores customers, located in Andorra. Therefore, online sales through any Viladomat website or any group company do not accumulate Points neither participate in this Program.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION
- To participate in the In-Store Points Program, it is essential to be a customer of VILADOMAT, S.A.U.
- From the User's registration in the Program, he/she will be able to enjoy the discounts offered by the Program; and may begin to accumulate points from the first purchase, in accordance with the provisions of the program.
- Registration in the Program is free of charge.
EARNING AND CONDITIONS OF POINTS
- Users will receive a certain number of points based on their purchases. The calculation of the points will be made automatically in accordance with the following table and will be available from the second purchase:

*Accumulated in the last eighteen (18) months.
- The purchase of all types of products will generate points with the exception of products on sale, offer and/or promotion.
- The accumulated purchases in the last eighteen (18) months will be taken into account to place the User in one category or another. The sum of all purchases made in this period, including purchases that may include products on sale, offer and/or promotion, will determine the customer balance and the discount will be applied in points that come from the resulting category.
- Points will start accumulating from the first purchase. Users can accumulate points without any limit, except as stated in the following section.
- Points, if not used, expire after eighteen (18) months.
- Points can be used from the second purchase in the Viladomat physical stores in Andorra.
- The value of one (1) point is equivalent to one (1) euro.

BENEFITS AND ADDITIONAL POINTS
- 5.1. Users will be rewarded with a 1% discount on extra points if they meet one of these two conditions:
- If the customer buys 6 times or more, in 6 different weeks, during the last 6 months, then he/she will be remunerated with an additional 1% discount on points regardless of his/her category.
or
- If the customer buys 6 times or more, in 6 different weeks, during the last 6 months, then he/she will be remunerated with an additional 1% discount on points regardless of his/her category.
- If the customer buys 6 times or more, in 6 different months, during the last 12 months, then he/she will be remunerated with an additional 1% discount on points regardless of his/her category.
