What happens if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

If at the time of delivery there is no one at home, the package will return to the carrier office.

Depending on the destination country, there are 1 or 2 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be deposited at a nearby collection point.

You will receive an SMS/email indicating the address of this collection point.
