Can I cancel or modify my rental booking?

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, you have until 24 business hours* before the rental start date.

Please contact us via email, indicating your reservation number, and explain what change/cancellation you wish to make.

Please note that in case of cancellation without respecting the 24 business hours* prior to the rental start date, you will be entitled to receive a refund of 50% of the rental amount paid.

* Understood as Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are outside this period.
