As well as belaying a lead climber, the very light Wall Alpine Belay also allows one or two second climbers to belay independently in a self-locking mode from the fixed point. The optimized geometry also allows for a comfortable fit as well as reliable locking in the event of a fall from the second climber, the locking action can be released again using a mesh sling and the device's large eyelet. V-shaped grooves allow controlled retention of lead drops, even at low levels of hand force. Suitable for double, half and single cables from 7.5 to 10.5mm diameter. Climbing. BASIC.
