PRICES

Prices published on our website are prices for items picked-up in our shops in Andorra, that means prices without taxes. All prices are shown in Euros.

For DELIVERIES abroad (outside Andorra), you must add the taxes that depend on the total amount and the destination country as well as the transport fees.

Once you buy the products on your cart, you will be given the total amount.

In the most situations, the 18 % V.A.T.- Valued Added Taxe - will be added to the total amount of the purchase.

Purchases within the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from the V.A.T. payment; in those cases, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price and they will have to be paid by the buyer once the material delivered to the local Customs authorities.

When you make your purchase via the shopping basket at the end the final price is summarized.Viladomat reserves the right to change the sale price, which can be reviewed and changed if the conditions are justified, at any time ,without notice..A Viladomat we make every effort to ensure that information contained on the website are true and without typographical error or photographic,But if indeed there is an error slipped, Viladomat correct this error and immediately cancel the purchase agreement with the customer at no charge for it.

Some items may be unavailable even if the Site indicates that they are in-stock. If a non available item is added in the cart, Viladomat will notify the customer in order to cancel the order without incurring in costs.

You can pay your purchase as following:

By Bank Transfer
If that is your chosen option to paid, remember to note down in the object of the bank transfer your order reference number; you will find that number on the confirmation order.

The order won't be shipped until our Bank Company will confirm the bank transfer.

The bank transfer must be done in Euros and all expenses incurred by currency exchange and bank commissions are on you behalf.

By postal order:

SHIPPING, SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY

1/Store Pickup (Click & Collect): You can choose to withdraw your order directly to the store by using the CLICK & COLLECT. In this way you can collect your order at the store of your choice VILADOMAT (all in the Principality of Andorra) and benefit from the price of Andorra.
2/Delivery to you: We do not ship to PO boxes or hotels. Your order will be processed once the Regulation confirmed by our bank if item availability. We conduct shipment of every working day delivery before 12:00, and when the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive it within the following periods (always considering working days out possible local or national holidays):
Peninsula and Balearic Spain: For delivery in Spain, your order will be delivered by carrier urgent within 24/48 hours from the release of the goods, once the Regulation confirmed by our bank - for amounts less than 240 euro shipping costs will be 16 euros (20.50 euros for the Balearic Islands) - for amounts over 240.01 euros postage will be free.
Spain Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: For those destinations will be delivered by parcel post within 15 days after the release of the goods, once the Regulation confirmed by our bank. In such cases, VAT is not applied but the system of customs clearance charges apply and taxes to be paid at destination.
PORTUGAL: Portugal Shipments by parcel post will be realized within a period of 4/8 days after its release, once the Regulation confirmed by our bank. Ports will be free for orders totaling over 300.01 Euros. For amounts less than 300 Euros, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the final weight of the order. These fees will be detailed prior to confirmation of the order.
FRANCE: Orders with France as the destination will be delivered by parcel post (POST) within 2-3 days after the merchandise is out of our warehouses, once the Regulation confirmed by our bank. For sales in France, VAT will not apply but must be paid upon receipt by the addressee of the parcel. Ports will be free for orders totaling over 240.01 Euros. For amounts less than 240 Euros, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the final weight of the order. These fees will be detailed prior to confirmation of the order.
Another destination of the EUROPEAN UNION: Orders with destination as any other country in the European Union will be delivered by parcel post within approximately 4/8 days after the merchandise is out of our warehouses, once the settlement confirmed by our bank. Shipping charges are calculated based on the final weight of the order. These fees will be detailed prior to confirmation of the order.
WARRANTY

  • Our top priority is complete customer satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Money back 15 days: in case of dissatisfaction with a product, you may return it (within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order), for exchange or refund for her (either by postal or by bank transfer), provided that the product is not used and is kept in its original packaging.
  • Each product retains the legal guarantee given by the respective manufacturers.
  • Defects or damage due to improper handling or use of the product and the wear of normal use are not covered by this warranty.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Money back 15 days: in case of dissatisfaction with a product, you may return it (within 15 days from the date of receipt of order) or for exchange or refund for her (by postal or bank transfer), provided that the product is not used and is kept in its original packaging. We will not accept exchanges in suffering any case, once this period has expired. Products must be returned or reported in the store, the shipping and receiving that you pay.
